Thursday/Jueves
On Thursday I started a new Science lesson on Germs and health related issues with my students. I borrowed some microscopes from the science teacher to introduce the students to the world of microorganisms. Fun!
When I got home Gladys told me Emilio had smiled at her several times and she showed me a massage to help him go to the bathroom.
When she left, Emilio and I had a bath. He started “swimming” and splashing in the water. I helped him with the latter but he didn’t help me with the cleaning afterwards!
When he fell asleep I was able to finish the movie Look at Me, highly recommended by Steve. I liked it a lot especially because it wasn’t sentimental at all
1 Comments:
I think your health unit on germs and health-related issues should include a wilderness survival component.
Look at Me (Comme une image) held up very well under the second viewing I gave it Saturday night. Jean-Pierre Bacri (who wrote the screenplay with his wife) is outstanding as a repugnant, self-centered intellectual. And his wife, director Agnes Jaoui, won this year's Steve for Best Performance by a Female in a Supporting Role for her work in the film!
